As of May 1, 2024, we will be transitioning our recycling partner to sustainable solutions provider, Close the Loop (CtL). For any recycling requests made after this date, you will be directed to register with CtL to ensure you are set up and ready to recycle. Upon registration, a representative from CtL will reach out to you to provide comprehensive guidance on navigating the online portal, the new recycling process, and to answer any questions you may have. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Centre at 13 RICOH (13 74264).

Consumables recycling program

Recycle and reduce waste

The Ricoh consumables recycling program, in operation since 2001, has set the benchmark for sustainable business practices within the industry. The program collects spent parts and reclaims the plastic and metal for reuse, effectively reducing waste in the process.

How to register for the service

Registering for the recycling program is done by completing an online registration form, which normally takes two business days to process.
